Laboratory Heat Sealer :

Laboratory Heat Sealer is an equipment to prepare
lab samples of heat sealed pouches / sachets.

Specifications:

Adjustable force : 15-30o Kg (Analog or Digital Pressure Display)

Adjustable temperature: s0- 199.9°c (Digital P.I.D Controller)

Adjustable dwell time: 0-9.99 seconds (Digital Display)

Seal Pattern : Straight lined or as per your design.

sealing Depth : 6mm / 8 mm 1 1o mm / 12 mm or as desired.

sealing Length : 2 / 4 / 6 / 8/ 10/ 12 Inches or as desired.

Special Features:

Both sealing jaws are heated separately using high-density pencil heaters. Option of controlling both heaters at a single temperature using a single controller or at single / differential temperatures using 2 separate controllers for each sealer jaw.

The temperature controllers are not the regular on/off type temperature controllers. They are special P.I.D. Logic Temperature Controller for highest levels of control and repeatability.
